POSTNATAL YOGA

These gentle postnatal yoga classes are designed to support your recovery after birth while giving you the opportunity to spend quality time with your baby in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Suitable from around 6 weeks following a vaginal birth or 8 weeks following a caesarean birth, or with your healthcare professional's guidance, classes focus on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture, easing common postnatal aches and pains, and encouraging rest, relaxation, and emotional wellbeing.

Babies are welcome throughout the class and are included wherever it feels natural. There is plenty of time for feeding, cuddles, nappy changes, and settling your little one, so there's never any pressure if your baby needs you.

More than just exercise, these sessions offer an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, take a breath, and meet other local mums who are on a similar journey. Every class combines gentle movement, breathwork, relaxation, and mindfulness to help you leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more supported.

No previous yoga experience is needed—just come as you are.

5 week blocks encouraged, but drop in option also available if you can't commit to a block.
